i need to go from negative to positive

i usually have a lot of negative (whiny) opinions on things.

for example:
"she shouldn't act that way"
"he's so dumb"
"why do we always go to cold places?!"
(used this one recently and i got an immediate response: "it's just you." i guess it was deserved for being so whiny. sorta.)

if i don't say them out loud i'm saying them in my head... over and over and over again. i constantly have to remind myself that i'm in no place to judge and i'm in no way, shape or form better than anyone else.

.. i wish other people reminded themselves of the same thing.
(damn it. did it again.)
