saw just wright today and i thought it was a good movie but i don't know if it's a biased opinion cus in my mind, seeing common's eyes + freckles for two hours was good enough for me haha. an added bonus was seeing john legend for like 10 seconds! but... i did feel weird about seeing queen latifah and common kiss, it didn't look natural/passionate.. but thats just me.

i saw the preview for this. wasn't sure if it was movie worth seeing in theaters. Based on your post i'll wait till i can rent it haha.
