My sleeping schedule is so weird.
I've been sleeping earlier and I guess my body isn't used to it so I've been also waking up earlier (6am ish) which is about 2 hours before my alarm clock would wake me up (no good). At 6 I feel good, on top of the world, birds singing yadda yadda yadda type of good but then I decide, since it'll be a long day I should get a couple more hours in. So I do. When I wake up at 8, I feel like a piece of poo. Why?
On a totally different note, I need to exercise.
