when we got back into the car from dipping our feet in the water, i said i felt warm and cold at the same time which definitely describes the way i feel right now. 

i do feel warm, i got to spend the entire day at cultus with people who make me happy but at the same time i take so many things to heart that the cold is unbearable. i over think comments and actions to the point of frustration and i blame myself for the mistakes of other people. 

it was an up and down day. happy and sad. warm and cold. 

but on the plus side, i guess it helped me realize a couple things.
