i was sitting on the living room couch when my aunt laughs and yells "ten!" from the kitchen. she's looking at her phone and motions for me to come closer. she tells me a convo she has via text with her 15 year old daughter.
daughter: i'm going to the mall with maemae
my aunt: why do you have to always go to the mall? what's there even to do at the mall?! look at ate she's just here at home sitting on the couch she doesn't need to go shopping all the time!
daughter: cus we're bored and ate's old! when she was my age she used to go out all the time, i'll stay home when i'm her age.
i thought it was pretty funny but shit..... when did i become old?!!
